Terms of Service
The terms for using AI Viral Trend at aiviraltrend.com.
Last updated: 2026-11-05
These terms govern your use of AI Viral Trend (“we”, “the service”) at aiviraltrend.com. By creating an account or generating a video you agree to them.
The service
We turn the photos you upload into AI-generated videos of memes going viral on TikTok: our own remakes, with the people in your photos in the performers’ places, and single-photo effects that redraw you as a drawn character. Each video is a silent 9:16 MP4 at 720p, up to 15 seconds long. Results are produced by third-party AI models and vary; we can’t guarantee a particular look, likeness, motion or lip-sync.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission from everyone shown, and that your use follows our Acceptable Use Policy. Each video you make also confirms this statement: “I have the right to use these photos: everyone in them is 18 or older, agreed to be in the video and is not a public figure. I accept the Terms and Use Policy.” We record its version and the time with the video. You give us a limited license to process your photos only to create, store and deliver your videos and keep the service safe.
Your videos
Subject to these terms, you may download, share and post the videos you make for personal, non-commercial use. Label them as AI-generated where platforms allow.
Your videos come back silent, with no music or other audio from the original meme. A sound you add when you post, such as the meme’s sound in TikTok, comes from that platform under its own terms and belongs to its rights holders; these terms give you no rights to it.
Credits and payments
Credits are sold as plans and as one-time packs through our payment partner and merchant of record, Waffo, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown before checkout.
- Plans renew automatically at the price shown, every month or every year, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings, under Billing; the plan then stops renewing at the end of the period you paid for. Each month of a plan adds its credits, which stay usable for that month and one more.
- Packs are a single payment and their credits do not expire.
Credits have no cash value. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Safety and moderation
We automatically review photos and videos and may block, refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these terms. A finished video that fails the safety check is not delivered and keeps the credits it cost, because it was already made; if you think the check was wrong, contact us and we will review it.
Not affiliated
AI Viral Trend is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, the creators of the original videos, the artists and labels behind the songs, or the makers of the AI models. Names are used only to describe the memes.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, prices or these terms; material changes take effect when posted here. Generated videos are stored for 14 days, so download anything you want to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
