Copyright and Likeness Reports

If a video made with AI Viral Trend uses your copyrighted work, or shows you or someone you represent without permission, tell us and we will act on it. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Report your likeness

If you are the person in a video made here, or act for them (a parent, a guardian, an agent), email contact@aiviraltrend.com with:

• a link to the video, or where you saw it and when;
• who is shown, and how you are connected to them;
• how we can reach you.

We remove videos we still host, and may suspend accounts that upload people without their permission: the acceptable use policy says whose photo may be used. Videos posted elsewhere (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) are under that platform’s control: report them there too.

Is your post on one of our pages?

Some meme pages show the viral post that made the meme, such as a creator's AI version of it, as a short silent clip with the creator's name and a link to their post. If it is your post and you want it off our site, email contact@aiviraltrend.com with the page and your post's link. We take it down within 24 hours and put our own template clip in its place. Posts showing public figures or other people's characters are only linked, never shown here, and posts showing anyone under 18 are not used at all.

Report a copyright infringement

Send a notice to contact@aiviraltrend.com that includes:

1. the work you believe is infringed (a link, or a description of the song, footage or artwork);
2. the material on this site you want removed, with a link precise enough to find it;
3. your name, address, phone number and email;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
5. a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable the material and tell the uploader. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can send a counter-notice to the same address with the same details; we may then restore the material unless you tell us you have gone to court. Accounts with repeated infringements may be suspended.

What we keep, and for how long

Uploaded photos are deleted after 2 days and finished videos after 14, so many reports are about copies posted elsewhere. Videos are AI-generated: we make each template ourselves, with AI-made performers or our own drawn style, and your video is made from that template, never from the original footage. Videos made here are silent, with no song in the file. AI Viral Trend is not affiliated with TikTok, the creators of the original videos, or the artists and labels behind the songs.
