How AI Viral Trend collects, uses and protects your data, including your photos.

Last updated: 2026-11-05

What we collect

  • Account data: your email, name and profile image from sign-in.
  • Photos you submit: the photos you upload, one per person in the meme, used to make your video.
  • Your consent: each video you make confirms that everyone in your photos is 18 or older, agreed to be in the video and is not a public figure, as our Terms say. We keep the version of that statement and the time with the record of that video.
  • Generated videos: the videos created for you.
  • Payment data: handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and email, never your full card number.
  • Usage and device data: pages visited, basic device and browser info, and IP address for security and rate limiting. We count visits with pvuv.ai, which keeps a random visitor id in a first-party cookie (_pv_id). Once you sign in, it links that id to your account id, and we tell it about a few steps by account id: signing up, a paid order and a finished video. It does not receive your name, email or photos.
  • First-visit source: a first_touch cookie (90 days) and first-party cookies for UTM tags and the referring site record how you first found us (the source, campaign, referring site or the app whose browser opened the link, and the first page), so we can tell which channels work. They are attached to your account when you sign up or start a checkout.

How we use it

  • To create and deliver your videos.
  • To run automated safety checks on photos and videos.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.
  • To improve the site using aggregated analytics.

We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

  • Meme remakes: your photos and our template video are sent to our AI video provider, kie.ai, which runs Kling 4.0 in edit mode, by Kuaishou, to put the people in your photos in the performers’ places. Each template was made once, before any order, from AI-made performers with Seedance 2.0, by ByteDance; your photos never go to that model.
  • Single-photo effects: an effect that redraws your photo sends it through kie.ai to Nano Banana 2.1, by Google, which draws a still from it. That still, not your photo, then goes to Wan 2.7, by Alibaba, which animates it.
  • A second AI provider: if we move new videos from kie.ai to SeeAPI, your photos go to SeeAPI instead, for the same work.
  • Storage: uploaded photos and finished videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served to you through our site.
  • Safety checks: photos and videos are checked by our moderation provider (SeeAPI).
  • Hosting: Cloudflare (servers, database).
  • Email: sign-in codes and notices about your videos go out through our email provider, Resend or Cloudflare’s email service.
  • Payments: Waffo.
  • Analytics: pvuv.ai, for visit counts, traffic sources and the steps above.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

  • Uploaded photos are stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage for up to 2 days, where our video and moderation providers fetch them through a short-lived private link, and are then deleted automatically. Our records keep only a link and a fingerprint used to prevent duplicate uploads.
  • Generated videos are deleted automatically after 14 days.
  • Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, by emailing contact@aiviraltrend.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
