Shot by shot
What happens in your Iceman video, second by second
15 seconds, read from our sample: yours follows the same shots and cuts, with you in them.
| Seconds | What happens |
|---|---|
| 0 to 2.1 s | A bare white storeroom wall: you walk in from the left and stop, facing the camera with a smile. |
| 2.1 to 4.2 s | The handheld camera pushes in to your head and shoulders as you gesture with one hand. |
| 4.2 to 7.0 s | You turn side-on, then away, as the camera circles round you to racks of white boxes. |
| 7.0 to 9.9 s | Facing the lens again in front of the racks, you smile and gesture with open palms. |
| 9.9 to 12.2 s | You cross your arms at your chest, then raise one fist beside your head. |
| 12.2 to 15.0 s | You duck your head, turn your back to the camera and spin round to face it again. |
Overview
What is Iceman AI?
Iceman AI puts the person in your photo into our own 15-second remake of the meme: a cold white storage room, racks of white boxes, and you rapping alone to a handheld camera that circles you, turning away, pointing at the lens and spinning round, all in one take. The video is silent; add the verse when you post and it lines up from 0:00.
The meme comes from a one-take scene in the music video for Drake’s "What Did I Miss?", the lead single of his album Iceman, filmed in a cold storage room. In October 2026 TikTok creators turned the take into an AI template: you, rapping in the room.
We made our own version of the scene once, with an AI-generated performer and modeled on the original: the walk-in from the left, the push-in, the camera circling round to the racks, the crossed arms, the raised fist and the spin. Each template is made once with Seedance 2.0 and AI-generated performers; your video is a Kling 4.0 edit of it that puts the people in your photos in their place.
Your video comes back silent, with no song in the file. A front-facing photo with your whole face in view works best. Upload only a photo of yourself or of someone who said yes.
The viral post: Drake on YouTube.
Sound
How to add the Iceman sound
- 1Download your MP4.
- 2On TikTok: open a video of the Iceman meme, tap its sound and choose Use this sound, so the verse starts at 0:00.
- 3On Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts: add the song "What Did I Miss?" and start it at 2:11.
- 4Post it. The moves and the camera are timed to that verse.
TikTok's main sound for the song starts at 0:33 in the song, a different part, so the moves would not line up with it.
Why it hits
Why use this Iceman AI generator
One take, like the meme
Fifteen seconds with no cuts: the camera follows you from the blank wall round to the racks, the way the original was shot.
A camera that moves with you
The push-in, the circle and the spin to the lens, timed to the verse.
Made for one
One photo is all it takes: this meme is a solo verse.
Failed runs cost nothing
If a video fails or times out, its credits come back automatically.
Troubleshooting
What goes wrong with Iceman, and how to fix it
- It doesn’t look enough like me
- Use a sharp, front-facing photo with your whole face in view and good light, no sunglasses or filters. The AI gives a strong likeness, not a twin.
- The clothes aren’t what I wanted
- The video keeps the clothes in your photo. For another look, use a photo in that outfit.
- My video has no sound
- Silent on purpose: add the "What Did I Miss?" verse from 2:11 when you post.
- The video failed or never finished
- Its credits come back automatically. Videos are usually under 10 minutes; you can close the tab and find yours in My videos.

FAQ
Iceman AI FAQ
What is the Iceman meme?
It is the 2026 TikTok meme of AI remakes of a one-take scene from Drake’s "What Did I Miss?" music video: a rapper alone in a cold white storage room, turning away, pointing at the lens and talking with his hands as a handheld camera follows him. It is a take and a verse, not a new song. Here you make it from one photo.
Is this the Drake Iceman trend?
Yes. It is named after Drake’s album Iceman and copies a scene from his "What Did I Miss?" video. Your video has no frame of his footage: an AI-made performer did the take, your photo takes that place, and the file comes back silent. You can’t upload a photo of him or any public figure, and we are not affiliated with him.
How do I make an Iceman AI video from a photo?
Upload one clear, front-facing photo and press "Make my video". Then add the verse when you post: the meme's sound on TikTok, or "What Did I Miss?" from 2:11 on Reels or Shorts.
Which sound lines up with it?
The verse of "What Did I Miss?" that starts at 2:11 in the song. TikTok's main sound for the song starts at 0:33, a different part, so on TikTok use the sound of a video of the meme instead.
Can I make just one video without a subscription?
Yes. One meme video is $9.99, paid once, and nothing renews. If you make more, a plan from $28.99 a month brings it under $6 a video. Either way there is no watermark.
Is this generator free?
No. A 15-second video costs 10 credits: $9.99 as a single video, $6.00 a video in the biggest pack. Plans from $28.99 a month give the lowest price a video; one-time packs never expire. If a video fails, its credits come back automatically.
Does it use the original video?
No. No frame of the original is in your video. We made our own version once, with an AI-generated performer, modeled on the original; your video is that template with you in it.
Will I look like myself?
Yes, closely, though not exactly: the AI gets a strong likeness, not a twin. The take turns away from the camera twice, as in the meme, so a clear front-facing photo works best.
Can I get it in 4:3 like the original?
No, not yet. It comes in vertical 9:16, the format TikTok, Reels and Shorts fill.
How long does it take?
Usually under 10 minutes. You can close the tab: the finished video waits in My videos.
Is this affiliated with Drake or TikTok?
No. AI Viral Trend (aiviraltrend.com) is an independent tool and is not affiliated with TikTok, the creators of the original videos, or any artist, label or app named on this page.
