FAQ
Questions before you pay
Do I need a subscription?
No. A plan gives the lowest price a video: from $28.99 a month, renewing every month or year until you cancel. A one-time pack is a single payment whose credits never expire. Use either, or both.
How many credits does a video cost?
A video up to 15 seconds is 10 credits. A single-photo effect costs fewer credits: its page and its button say how many. A meme video is $9.99 on its own, or less on a plan.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. Plan credits last the month they come with and one more, so what you leave carries over a month, and they are spent before pack credits.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings, under Billing, whenever you like: the plan stops renewing, and the credits you have stay usable until they expire.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Cancel the plan you have in Settings, under Billing, and pick the new one here: the old plan stops at the end of the period you paid for, and the credits you have stay until they expire.
Am I charged if a video fails?
No. If a video fails or times out, its credits come back to your balance automatically. A finished video stopped by the safety check keeps its credits, because the AI already made it; write to us if you think the check was wrong.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of a payment if you have not used any of the credits it bought, a pack's or a plan's. See the refund policy for the details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, and Apple Pay, through our payment partner Waffo, the merchant of record. What the checkout offers also depends on your country. We never see or store your card details.
