Credits

Credits come two ways:

• Plans, billed every month or every year until you cancel. Each month of a plan adds its credits; they stay usable for that month and one more, and are spent before pack credits. Cancel any time in Settings, under Billing: nothing renews after that, and the credits you have stay until they expire.
• One-time packs: a single payment, nothing renews, and pack credits never expire.

Automatic credit refunds

If a generation fails or times out, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You don’t need to contact us. These come back as credits, not as a refund to your card.

A finished video that fails our safety check is different: it was already made, so it keeps the credits it cost, and we don’t deliver it. A photo that fails its check before a video starts costs nothing. If you think a video failed the check by mistake, email us and we will review it.

Money-back refunds

• Unused packs: you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t used any credits from that pack.
• Unused plan payments: you can request a full refund of a plan’s payment, the first or a renewal, within 7 days of it if you haven’t used any of the credits it added. The plan is then cancelled.
• Forgot to cancel? A renewal you didn’t mean to keep counts as an unused plan payment under the same 7 days.
• Broken videos: if a finished video is clearly broken (for example, frozen, missing the subject or badly distorted), email us within 7 days and we will refund the credits or the payment.
• Videos that work as described but don’t match personal taste are generally not refundable, because each generation has a real compute cost.

How to request

Email contact@aiviraltrend.com from the address you signed up with, and include the order email or video link. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Waffo, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
